Galvita Template Inverted Particles (TIP) is an innovative, directly compressible excipient for orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs). Galvita TIP(R) consists of hollow tricalcium phosphate microcapsules, compendiable and easily processed with standard equipment. For APIs from all BCS-classes - Galvita TIP(R) effectively encapsulate APIs from all BCS-classes up to 45% (v/v)When fast onset of action and absorption is required - Galvita TIP(R) based ODTs disintegrate in < 10 sec. Simple Formulation - Besides Galvita TIP(R) only 5% disintegrant and 0,5% lubricant are needed.
