Francois Ricard is the Global Head of R&D, Advanced Synthesis at Lonza, where he leads a global team focused on developing cutting-edge solutions in Small Molecules and Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs). Prior to joining Lonza, Francois served as VP Global R&D at Hovione and held senior roles at Debiopharm and GSK, with a focus on pharmaceutical development and CMC innovation. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from the Open University.
