Adi began his career as a Research Associate at Regeneron and Genentech, contributing to the development of key biologics such as Eylea (aflibercept), Praluent (alirocumab), and Polivy (polatuzumab vedotin). He played a foundational role in building technical operations teams at both Lonza Drug Product Services and ten23 health. He holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Anna University, India.
