Accountable for delivering this flagship expansion from construction through GMP operations, creating over 600 jobs and enabling Lonza to offer full end-to-end drug product lifecycle solutions. Driving governance, cross-functional alignment, market-driven outcomes, and long-term revenue growth on behalf of the Executive Committee. Key Highlights • Mandated to establish a greenfield commercial drug product site (“Project Dolphin”) from concept to operational reality. • Lead governance across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement. • Ensure strategic alignment with market needs, corporate strategy, and profitability objectives. • Lead operational readiness, ensuring the site is GMP-compliant and market-ready. • Shape workforce strategy and culture for 600+ new roles across production, engineering, MSAT, QA, and QC. • Act as senior liaison for customers, external partners, and local authorities to secure strategic partnerships and maximize regional benefit
