About me
With over three decades of experience in public health management, Adelaide Maria Caldas Cabral has been a key figure in shaping healthcare policy, services, and institutional transformation in Brazil. She holds a degree in Speech Therapy from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, a Master’s in Adolescent Medicine (Hebiatrics) from the University of Pernambuco (UPE), and a specialization in Operational Excellence in Healthcare from the Albert Einstein Hospital. Her multidisciplinary background combines clinical insight, strategic management, and a strong commitment to innovation and quality in healthcare delivery.
Adelaide has held several high-impact positions across municipal, state, and federal levels, including Executive Secretary of Health Regulation for the State of Pernambuco, General Director of the Metropolitan Hospitals Miguel Arraes and Pelópidas Silveira, and Health Secretary for the cities of Gravatá, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, and Ipojuca. She also served as Director of Programs at the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Health and as Human Resources Manager at Hemobrás, where she currently plays a strategic role in aligning management, innovation, and human development.
