I’ve spent my career building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and helping companies find the right people to grow their teams. As Director of Strategic Staffing at RX2 Solutions, I work closely with clients across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and professional services to create staffing solutions that actually make an impact not just fill seats. What I enjoy most about this business is the people. Whether I’m partnering with a client on a critical hire or helping a candidate take the next step in their career, I believe communication, trust, and follow-through still matter. I take a consultative approach to recruiting and workforce strategy, focusing on long-term partnerships and delivering results the right way. I graduated from Penn State with a background in Business, and over the years I’ve built experience in recruiting, business development, and strategic workforce planning. I’m always looking for ways to improve processes, strengthen partnerships, and help organizations build teams that last. Outside of work, I’m a big Philly sports fan, enjoy spending time with family and friends, and appreciate opportunities to keep learning and growing both professionally and personally.
