Carlos holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from Universidad Nacional in Colombia, a Production & Quality Specialist Degree from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolivar and a MBA from Universidad del Norte also in Colombia, with 14 years of experience in companies belonging to the chemical and food industry in different roles and leading positions from R&D and Quality to Technical Services and Commercial. Due to his deep knowledge in Omega-3 fish oil concentrates, Carlos is technically supporting and leading new nutritional product formulations based on Unigel technology.
