Jing Li is currently SVP of Process Chemistry at PharmaBlock and President of PharmaBlock (USA). She focuses on PharmaBlock US site operations and expansion to bring GMP manufacturing for clinical stage API for US clients; she also spears head process capability building and technology innovation for more sustainable manufacturing in PharmaBlock. Prior to joining PharmaBlock in 2016, Jing had nine years of process development experience with Merck Research Lab in MSD. She also had six years of drug discovery experience at Biotech companies and advanced two molecules into the clinical stage. Jing graduated from Nanjing University in 1999 with a Ph.D. in Chemistry, and did her postdoc research on total synthesis of Diazonamide A at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
