Prior to Mikart, he held several senior and technical operational roles including senior director of business development at Halo Pharmaceutical Inc. (now Cambrex), technical sales manager DFE Pharma, and formulation scientist at both Catalent Pharma Solutions and Emerson Resources (now Pace Analytical).
