Kimberly R. Beals is the Executive Director of the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council of the Americas, (IPEC-Americas) a not for profit trade association that develops best practices for excipients (inactive ingredients) used in pharmaceutical drug products. She has been with IPEC-Americas for over 20 years, working with staff and volunteer leaders to develop and implement strategies to promote the organization's mission.
