I serve on the leadership and strategy team for ACG’s Capsules business. I have played a number of roles for ACG over 25 years, encompassing international business, earlier in EMEA, and now globally. I'm responsible for expanding ACG's Capsules business, brand and managing a culturally diverse group of associates. I bring a unique blend of skills and experience in operations, sales and business development. My expertise enables me to identify technical drug delivery challenges and collaborate to provide innovative solutions. My other areas of specialization include SCM, cost leadership, productivity initiatives, and systems development. I have participated in several leadership programs over the years, from numerous educational institutions including Wharton, Case Western Reserve & University of Mumbai. I have an M.B.A. from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s of Engineering. I have been involved in the Health and Nutrition Industry in North America for the last two decades. I would like to support the growth of this industry, focusing my energy around science, innovation, consumer safety and transparency.
