Carlo Aloni joined Indena in 1999. he graduated in Industrial Chemistry at the Università Statale di Milano, and undertook his graduation internship in the process safety field. He started at Indena as production assistant and process technologist and became Production Director in 2014. From 2020 he has been Deputy Plant manager of Indena's Settala Plant and this year, he has taken on additional duties as industrialization manager for the whole group.
