Dr. Xu got her PhD in Food Science at Purdue University, MBA at INSEAD Business School. Her doctoral research focus was the relationship between fine structures of dietary fiber and gut health. Has more than ten years of cross-functional work experience with international company in intestinal health, weight and blood sugar management, immune health and healthy aging area. Has accumulated solid scientific background and business development experience.
