Richard started his career as an R&D engineer in 1995 designing inhalation drug delivery devices. He then went on to designing combination/medicinal products at Bespak and later moved to Covidien (Medtronic) where he held roles in international upstream marketing and business development. He then went on to work for Owen Mumford, Bespak and Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) in Denmark, before re-joining Owen Mumford in 2016. Where he is dedicated to managing new platform devices for Pharma and Biotech companies that meet market and user needs.
