He drives the evolution of polymer-based primary packaging to meet the demands of next-generation therapeutics. A key focus of his work is enabling large-volume development programs with leading pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining SCHOTT Pharma, Michael held various roles across the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector. He holds a Master of Science in Business Chemistry from the University of Münster, Germany.
