I identify, innovate, and implement new unit operations for the integrated continuous manufacturing of small molecule pharmaceuticals, to reduce costs, plant footprint, and solvent consumption, while increasing process safety, and efficiency. I manage technical capability strategy by focusing on breakthrough innovation in the industry, collaborating with external partners, and proactively driving internal development programs. In this capacity, I also work with the FDA’s Emerging Technology Team and US Pharmacopeia, providing transparency and understanding in the development and regulatory acceptance of novel manufacturing technologies.
