Hans has more than 30 years of experience in development of advanced drug delivery systems and diagnostic technologies. His expertise spans across the full product lifecycle — from early concept design and usability engineering to technical execution, systems integration, and regulatory compliance. His knowledge has also been shaped by decades of work in technology landscaping, due diligence, market research, and strategic insight projects. Among his most notable achievements are the successful development and launch of a connected electro-mechanical auto-injector and a next-generation subcutaneous infusion pump for home use — both commercialized in major global markets, including the United States and European Union. Hans hold a BSc in Electronics Engineering as well as an executive MBA from Henley Business School.
