Prior to joining Scinai in 2022, Dr. Dalit Weinstein Fischer was Director of Biological Processes at NanoSpun Technologies Ltd. and CTO at VAYU Sense AG, specializing in improving fermentation processes with an AI-based controller. Dalit also led Sigma Aldrich's Natural Biotechnology Systems Department for eight years. Dalit has extensive experience in fermentation process development and optimization for API and proteins (natural and recombinant). Skilled in biotechnology, Research and Development (R&D), process improvement both upstream and downstream. Dr. Weinstein Fischer holds a Ph.D. from the Hadassah Medical School, Molecular Genetics and Microbiology Department, Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
