Christian Houborg is General Manager & SVP of FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark where he leads a site of ~1,900 employees. He is overseeing a major expansion that will triple drug substance capacity and add drug product capabilities, positioning the facility to be Europe’s largest end-to-end mammalian cell culture CDMO. He focuses on scaling late-stage programs, accelerating tech transfer, and building resilient, flexible commercial supply.
