Dr. Dapremont has over 30 years of experience developing continuous pharmaceutical processes with a focus on separation technologies. He began his career in preparative continuous chromatography equipment and later transitioned into custom separation services and the CDMO sector. He currently leads the R&D engineering group at SK pharmteco Small Molecule US in California. A recognized expert in large-scale chiral separations using simulated moving bed (SMB) chromatography, he has authored numerous scientific publications and holds patents in SMB-based API purification. Dr. Dapremont chairs the Prep symposium and is a strong advocate for Green Chemistry and sustainable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
