Jennifer Gattari

Jennifer Gattari, Pfizer CentreOne’s Global Business Development Lead, has played a critical role in accelerating the delivery of innovative therapies and empowering diverse talent across the pharmaceutical industry.

At Pfizer, Jennifer co-founded The Collective, a pioneering leadership initiative supporting mid-level female professionals through mentoring, coaching, and peer communities. Designed to address the underrepresentation of women at senior levels, The Collective has supported over 189 women since 2021, with 94% taking active steps toward career growth and 30% becoming mentors themselves. The initiative has been embraced company-wide and significantly scaled through Pfizer’s DEI efforts.

Jennifer’s influence extends beyond Pfizer. She has been deeply involved with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, leading nine mentoring circles, and has inspired countless women across biopharma, medtech, and consulting to achieve career growth. Additionally, her volunteer work with College Bound Opportunities and Purdue University supports first-generation and underrepresented students pursuing STEM careers.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer led the development and global launch of Abbott’s Architect diagnostic system, a project that still benefits patients worldwide.

Through initiatives like Chat Collectives and inclusive leadership programs, Jennifer has broken systemic barriers and fostered a culture of belonging.
