The pandemic has brought fresh challenges for our mental health and wellbeing. With many of us living through lockdowns, working in our makeshift home offices and juggling home-schooling or caring for relatives, it's important to find time to look after you. 

Our 'Mindful Working' Series encourages you to shift perspective inwards and take some time for you.Are you a work-life balancer or an integrator? Without the discipline of having to commute between home and work, it is all too easy to lose boundaries.

This session will look at creating a healthy balance and give you tangible strategies for improving your working at home life.
