Jennifer (Jenny) Gattari is Global Business Development Lead at Pfizer CentreOne, where she is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. With 40 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, marketing, and commercial leadership, Jenny brings a rare breadth of perspective. This equips her to balance patient needs, commercial urgency, and the realities of large-scale drug manufacturing, identifying strategic opportunities that align with Pfizer’s values, capabilities, and capacity. Early in her career, she led the development and global launch of Architect, a diagnostic platform still used worldwide to detect chronic and infectious diseases, coordinating a 250-person cross-functional team. At Hospira, she received the Head, Heart, and Gut Award for averting a major backorder and protecting patient supply. At Pfizer CentreOne, her exceptional business development leadership has been instrumental in building a global network, devising investment strategies, creating profitable product pipelines, and mentoring up-and-coming academics for Pfizer’s community program. Above all, Jenny puts people first, showing up for colleagues, customers, and patients alike. A self-described “coach and cheerleader,” she co-created The Collective at Pfizer to support women in management, mentors through the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and College Bound Opportunities, and advocates for greater equity in technical and P&L leadership.
