Lorna Murtagh

Lorna Murtagh joined what was then Wyeth in 2004 with a business degree and no scientific background. She took on every new opportunity she could, and is now Vice President of Pfizer CentreOne Operations, responsible for global delivery across every product Pfizer CentreOne manufactures for both internal Pfizer brands and external pharmaceutical customers. Over more than two decades, her path has run through operations and engineering at Wyeth’s Grange Castle biotech site in Ireland, the external supply organization, the separation of the Upjohn portfolio that became Viatris, the global supply chain for Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, and the vaccines business unit. In October 2025, Lorna completed her Executive MBA with First Class Honors. She is a pod mentor in Pfizer’s European Women’s Mentoring Program, an active sponsor of secondment opportunities for emerging leaders across Pfizer Global Supply, and a regular guest speaker for other pods across the program.
