Fusidic acid is an antibiotic with a steroid structure, from the family of fusidans. It is a short-spectrum bacteriostatic agent, effective against gram-positive bacteria, including staphylococcus and corynebacterium species. For this reason, it is especially indicated in the treatment of severe dermatological and ocular infections, and osteomyelitis. Ercros presents Fusidic Acid in different grades as powder, micronized and sterile meeting customer requirements.
