Cos.Mec vibrating sievers (models VB and VBS) are used to separate pharmaceutical product particles of various types according to their size. Production capacity goes from 200 kg up to 800 kg. Sievers are designed in pharma version with parts in contact with the product made of mirror polished AISI 316 L and external parts made of fine satin finish AISI 304. Feeding can be manual or through a pneumatic transport system. The discharge, too, is customizable to fit process needs. Both machine models are easy to clean and they allow fast, tool-less disassembly and fast screen replacement. Atex 22 versions are also available.
