Washing and drying equipment

Cos.Mec offers a very complete range of washing and drying equipment in pharma execution going from fully automatic bin washing and drying cabins to semi-automatic bin washing and drying systems. Last but not least, we have also developed washing and drying cabins for filter cartridges used with our fluid bed dryers. Our bin washing and drying cabins are our top quality solutions for bin internal and external automatic washing and drying managed by PLC and touchscreen. They are equipped with a rotating grid platform and a single manual door. Their maximum working pressure is 8-10 Bar. Optionals include: two access doors for separating the grey area from the white area, automatic door opening and a kit for detergent addition, among others. Our semi-automatic washing and drying station can be used also for other equipment such as: mixing chambers, solution tanks, fluid bed dryers, high shear mixers, etc. Internal washing and drying operations are automatic whereas external operations are manual. The main features are: the use of a fixed or mobile washing skid, washing pressure at 6 Bar, the washing cycle manual management, piping drainage through compressed air, etc. Optionals include: washing cycle automatic management through PLC + touch screen, the system for detergent addition and a demi water storage tank, among others. Our filter washing cabins allow automatic washing and drying of filter cartridges by means of a PLC and touchscreen. Washing pressure is at 6 Bar. The cabin may be customized to fit filter cartridges supplied by the customer (different from Cos.Mec standards).
