The Dispersome(R) technology is based around a class of novel excipient, namely beta-lactoglobulin (BLG), to formulate poorly soluble small molecule drugs into stable amorphous drug delivery systems with a high drug load. By increasing solubility and dissolution rate the Dispersome(R) platform aims at improving bioavailability and therapeutic outcomes and reducing adverse effects in patients.
