Perfektuep possessing the state of the art technology in the field of aluminium tube production, has reached a production level of 160 tubes per minute with its high-tech machinery and automatic packaging equipment without any human intervention during the process. Its annual capacity may increase to 600 millions of tubes as a result of its high-capacity machinery. Vibrant and aesthetic printing designs of up to 6 colors may be obtained on various backgrounds through high-speed tube manufacturing machines and all the phases of the production are finalized under full control. All lines have been equipped with camera supported printing units, hole detection and automatic packaging machines . The production system at Perfektuep has an optimum flexibility. It can process orders of different diameters on different machines at the same time, and it is possible to make adjustments according to the market requirements in a very short time period.
