Actylis manufactures buffers, process solutions, cleaning solutions, Water for Injection (WFI) for further processing, and custom liquid blends in complinace with Good Manufacturing Practices in our new state-of-the-art GMP liquid processing facility in Ireland. Actylis has seven manufacturing facilities globally with two dedicated GMP buffer manufacturing plants. Our GMP buffer and ingredient blend portfolio includes a wide ranges of products, the majority of which are custom blends, solutions or dilutions made in compliance with GMP requirements. Actylis also offers GMP repacking/down-packing of powders and liquids. All products specifications are set with the customer and typically meet compendial monographs where applicable. Actylis manufactures all our buffers with WFI. Products types include: - Phosphate buffer solutions - Caustic solutions - Salt solutions - Acid solutions -Solvent bends - Acid blends - WFI for further processing - Buffer concentrates - GMP repacking (powders and liquids)
