Recycled Plastic Tube

Plastic packaging is collected from household waste such as milk, water and juice bottles and processed in a recycling plant to produce granulate (PCR material). Similarly, process-related waste is reused in industrial laminate production. This waste is sorted by type and converted back into new pellets (PIR material). Recycled tubes from Neopac are combined with these recycled plastics up to a level of 77% so that they contain 73% PCR material, one of the highest proportions of PCR in the tube industry. Tubes can be recycled in the PE container stream thanks to the high proportion of HDPE. Recycled tubes save plastic and contribute to the circular economy. Another environmental plus: our tubes are decorated using solvent-free colors and low-solvent varnishes.
