Innovation at its best ! The RX 4.0 offers maximum process reliability. Using closed control circuits, the sensor system constantly captures all the relevant process parameters, such as those for forming, evacuation and sealing. All the process stages are coordinated to the optimum level. MULTIVAC Pack Pilot enables the machine to be set up to the optimum level using machine control support. When new recipes are created, the machine parameterises itself to the optimum operating point. The sealing process is optimized. An aspect very important with regard to producing the optimum seal seam which enable to ensure a sterile barrier. The X-tool enable shorter evacuation times to be achieved and therefore contribute to higher cycle outputs. All the die elements are coded and can be identified by the machine which parameterises itself automatically. The operating reliability is increased, particularly for machines with frequent format changes. Multivac Line Control enables the machine to be operated particularly efficiently within an overall packaging line. With just a single command at the control terminal, the central stop/start function allows the user to stop, activate or run empty all the components of the entire line at the same time. The user interface is intuitive. Its Multi-Touch function enables the operating processes to be controlled even more easily and reliably, All the relevant parameters are clearly displayed on one screen. Thanks to its GMP-compliant design, the machine is easy to clean and can also be used in a cleanroom.
