PET Aluminium Blister

Rotor Print is positioned as one of the first companies in the world to offer a substitute for blister foil, with the creation of its heat-sealable polyester foil to create a 100% sustainable product by sealing against APET. We offer a High Barrier Polyester material with laser tearing, which allows a perfect 'push through', and with a machine behavior with the same result as aluminum, being a material that can be sealed against PET/PVC/PVDC. Both flexographic and rotogravure printing adapted to long and short runs. All manufacturing processes are carried out in rooms white, with environmental conditions ISO 8, thus fulfilling the quality standards necessary to obtain the certificates ISO 15378, ISO 9001, BRCGS and comply with regulations GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
