Artisan Industries Inc. introduces the ROTOTHERM(R) MINI, a continuous lab-scale evaporator / dryer. The ROTOTHERM(R) MINI utilizes the same thin-film separation technology as Artisan's production-scale ROTOTHERM(R) evaporators. It is designed for continuous evaporating, liquid-to-powder drying, and agitated thin-film processing of heat-sensitive materials. HORIZONTAL ORIENTATION Unlike vertical evaporators, the ROTOTHERM(R) MINI has a horizontal orientation which provides researchers complete control over residence time. This allows for liquid-to-powder drying in a single pass, shorter processing time and improved product yield. SCALE-UP OF CONTINUOUS PROCESSES The ROTOTHERM(R) MINI provides researchers the ability to develop continuous processes at lab-scale that can easily be scaled-up for production.
