Biocon offers a wide range of oncotherapeutic which includes atsure. Composition: gemcitabine hydrochloride usp equivalent to gemcitabine 200mg/1gm/1.4gm. Mechanism of action: emcitabine exhibits cell phase specificity, primarily killing cells undergoing dna synthesis (s-phase) and also blocking the progression of cells through the g1/s-phase boundary. Indications: for the treatment of breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and ovarian cancer atsure?
