Value Added Abiraterone

Value added Abiraterone Abiraterone is a medication used to treat prostate cancer The recommended dose is 1,000 mg as a single daily dose that must not be taken with food. Administering with food results up to a 10-fold (AUC) and up to a 17-fold (Cmax) increase in mean systemic exposure of abiraterone, depending on the fat content of the meal. The prescriber or patient does not need to worry about consumption of food with Zentiva's Value added abiraterone. The patient does not need to take Zentiva's product in fasting condition (one hour before or at least two hours after eating) The product is available for Co-development for US and for out licensing in selected EU countries.
