Information
PEAMOL forte is combination of PEA (palmitoylethanolamide), Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 in sachets for oral use.
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), is an endogenous fatty acid amide widely present in our body, in plants and animals. PEA can be found in foods such as meat, eggs, soybeans and peanuts.
PEA has been shown to have:
- Neuroprotective
- Anti-inflammatory
- Analgesic properties
Often in people with chronic disorders, the body does not produce enough PEA, which causes problems.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF MICROCRYSTAL FORMULATIONS
- improving the bioavailability
- increasing their dissolution rate
- enhancing anti-inflammatory and antihyperalgesic effects
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) acts on three levels:
- Indirectly by activating of cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 and TRPV1 ion channel
- Directly through the PPAR-α and GPR55 receptors
- Activation of mast cells and microglia
