Lent Innovations | Epinephrine Injector Device

Cambridge Design Partnerships are collaborating with Lent Innovations to develop a novel Epinephrine injector device, specifically designed to address critical usability challenges. Current devices often present issues such as incorrect handling, device slippage during activation, high activation force, and complex instructions. The new all:betta injector is tailored for pediatric patients and their caregivers to overcome these obstacles. To date, we have partnered with our client to identify user needs and develop a design concept and prototypes. Our collaboration has been highly synergistic, combining our expertise with the client's insights to drive innovation. A comparative usability study with parents has shown a clear preference for the all:betta, validating the enhanced usability over existing options. Additionally, we have formulated a comprehensive design and development plan to bring this device to market and we continue to provide strategic guidance.
