Type: Drug Pharmaceutical form: Syrup Package: 15 mg/5 ml 150 ml Sweet-flavoured, peach aroma colourless syrup 5 ml of syrup contains 15 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride (Ambroxoli hydrochloridum) 5ml of syrup contains 1.75 g of sorbitol. Therapeutic Indications: Acute or chronic pulmonary and bronchial diseases with mucus disorders and impaired mucous transport. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to ambroxol hydrochloride or any of the excipients Hereditary, rare lactose intolerance. Posology and method of administration: Adults and children above 12 years of age: 20 ml of syrup 2 times daily. The dose recommended in acute inflammation of the respiratory tract and in the initial treatment of chronic conditions, in the first 14 days of treatment. Children of 6 to 12 years of age: 10 ml of syrup 2 to 3 times daily Children of 2 to 6 years of age: 5 ml of syrup 3 times daily Children of 1 to 2 years of age: 5 ml of syrup 2 times daily The above dosage is recommended in the initial stages of treatment. The dosage may be reduced by half after 14 days of treatment. The medicinal product should be dispensed with the use of the attached measure cup. Ambroksol Hasco Junior syrup can be administered with or without a meal. Method of administration: Oral use.
