Oxford Lasers provides precision laser drilling in pharmaceutical packaging to create positive controls for container closure integrity testing (CCIT). Supporting pharma and testing equipment OEMs to meet EU Annex 1 / USP 1207 deterministic leak testing requirements, we laser drill calibrated micro holes down to 2um over a range of materials: glass, plastics, and metals in syringes, vials, autoinjectors, ampoules, blister packs, IV bags & pouches. We provide Certificates of Conformity (optical microscopy or flow effective diameter) allowing you a robust audit trail.
