With a fill volume of 5.5 ml, the syringe enables the administration of complex biologics in a single injection - reducing treatment burden and improving patient adherence. It is fully compatible with leading autoinjector platforms such as YpsoMate® 5.5 (Ypsomed) and NeoFlex™ plunger (Datwyler), ensuring seamless integration into existing drug delivery systems.
Manufactured from Type I FIOLAX® CHR Borosilicate Glass, the syringe offers exceptional drug stability, ultra-low tungsten and glue residues, and a homogeneous silicone layer for consistent glide forces. These features make it ideal for sensitive biologic formulations and support regulatory compliance.
The product is supplied in SCHOTT Pharma’s standardized SCHOTT iQ® nest and tub configuration, enabling efficient fill-and-finish operations and reducing complexity for pharmaceutical manufacturers and CMOs.
