StabilOx(R) specialty oxygen absorber is designed to prevent product instability caused by oxygen degradation. When used in a hermetically sealed package, it reduces oxygen levels to below 1% and maintains humidity at 40-50%, avoiding issues related to over-drying. By controlling both headspace oxygen and moisture, as well as the drug product's free moisture, StabilOx(R) minimizes oxidative degradation and manages molecular mobility linked to chemical degradation pathways, thereby ensuring overall drug stability. StabilOx(R) oxygen absorbers are offered in a variety of formats and sizes to fit your needs, including packets, canisters, low profile, self-adhesive sorbents and compressed sorbents.
