Moreover, thanks to Officine Galesso, a mechanical workshop, we can also provide entirely machining and mechanical construction. •Process Skids: a wide range of standard and customized equipment for the preparation of pharmaceutical products through careful process design. You can find: agitators (fixed and mobile), solution preparation skids, transfer and filtration lines, CIP/SIP skids, and turbomixers. Our control systems are fully compliant with CFR21 part 11 art 11 •With Officine Galesso, we supply equipment such as Process Tanks, Reactors and Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Carpentry, LAFs hoods, and special tools for the pharmaceutical industry. The most commonly used materials in the workshop are Aisi 304 and 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy c-22, and DUPLEX. Our workshop boasts of PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) standard and BPE (BioProcessing Equipment) ASME certification.
