Desi Pak ECO desiccants contain granulated bentonite clay that is highly adsorbent, naturally occurring, and responsibly mined. The desiccant bags are made of bio-based paper instead of plastic, thus lowering environmental impact. In addition our desiccant production process is run with 100% green energy. When the desiccants are placed within a sealed package or container according Clariant’s recommendations, the relative humidity (RH) inside can be reduced below 40% to offer reliable protection against corrosion and other moisture damage.
